The festival attracted many local people, especially young ones, with its various activities such as fashion shows, installation art, an outdoor cinema, music performances, and street food.
Speaking at the ceremony, head of the Singaporean board Keith Tan said the organisation of the first Singapore Festival in Vietnam is one of the key activities in the campaign to popularise Singapore’s tourism to the country, thus further strengthening bilateral diplomatic relations. The official expressed his hope that through the event, visitors can feel a Singapore from fine art, music, food to fashion.
