Scorpions make Vietnam debut
VTV.vn - The 2016 Monsoon Music festival will official kick off at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Hanoi On the evening of October 22nd.
The festival will feature many genres from artists from, France, South Korea, the UK, the US and Vietnam.
German 80s rock band Scorpions are one of the headliners.
The festival will run until October 23rd. This year's festival will also try and encourage better driving and road manners.
