The Vietnamese president praised the rapid development of the Russia-Vietnamese comprehensive strategic partnership, especially in terms of legal issues. The President of the Russian Supreme Court Lebedev said since the co-operative agreement in 2008, the two sides expanded co-operation and increased the exchange of delegations. President Truong Tan Sang presented the Friendship Medal to Lebedev in recognition of his contribution to co-operation between the two Supreme Courts.
