The Vietnam Robot Creation Competition - Robocon Vietnam 2024 has the participation of 64 teams from 23 universities, colleges, and technical schools nationwide.
Instead of having teams compete directly in the regional qualifiers like in previous seasons, the Organizing Committee will evaluate the performance of teams based on the activities of their robots in the preliminary round, taking place from May 4th to May 5th at the West Lake Cultural Information and Sports Center, 101 Xuan La, Tay Ho, Hanoi.
On May 3rd, teams had a trial run of their robots on the official competition field of Robocon Vietnam 2024. This was an important preparation step for teams to make the necessary adjustments before participating in the preliminary round.
The teams were arranged in pairs to test the field in pairs, with each team having 15 minutes for the trial. Teams could only test the field during this time and were not allowed to use another team's time, regardless of whether they were from the same school.
