They are required to submit daily trading reports to the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and monthly market reports to the Ministry of Public Security and the State Bank of Vietnam.
Custody providers need to report client-asset data weekly and submit audited statements on customer holdings twice a year. Operators also have to report major system incidents within 24 hours.
Companies issuing crypto-assets have to publish key information about the offering at least 15 days before it begins.
