Real estate market heats up
VTV.vn - Real estate transactions in October witnessed an increase of 17% compared with last month, according to Vietnam Real Estate Association.
There were some 1,300 transactions in Hanoi, a monthly growth of 18% while there were 1,200 transactions in HCMC, an on-month increase of 17%. Despite the rise in transactions, prices have remained stable. Only a slight increase was experienced in middle-end and high-end segments.
