The plan aims to support 100% of people who were exposed to AO/dioxin while fighting the American War and their children. One hundred percent of AO victims and their caretakers will be granted health insurance and 60% of AO victims will be supported to find jobs. In addition, Quảng Trị will also intensify decontamination and reforestation in contaminated areas.
