Quang Tri releases new AO/Dioxin relief plan

Under the plan, the province will carry out a comprehensive assessment of the consequences on human life and the environment and develop plans for resolving problems in AO-contaminated areas. The plan aims to support 100% of people who were exposed to AO/dioxin while fighting the American War and their children. One hundred percent of AO victims and their caretakers will be granted health insurance and 60% of AO victims will be supported to find jobs. In addition, Quảng Trị will also intensify decontamination and reforestation in contaminated areas.
