The event is organised as part of the Culture and Tourism Week of Dong Hoi city which runs from April 24-30.
Visitors to the festival can experience local cultures while joining in with the cooking process.
According to the provincial Tourism Department, Quang Binh has stepped up activities to stimulate tourism demand, and is aiming to welcome 3.5 million tourists this year.
The province’s tourism sector has improved and diversified its products, developed human resources, upgraded infrastructure, and boosted regional and global connectivity to attract visitors.
In the first quarter of this year, up to 727,000 holidaymakers visited Quang Binh, up 12% annually, 33,000 of them were foreigners, up 8% year-on-year.
