Four of them are overseas Vietnamese citizens returning to the country and two are US and Canadian nationals residing in Ho Chi Minh City. Of the five Vietnamese patients, three are from the sourthern provinces Long An, An Giang and Ben Tre, one is from Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City, and one is from Ha Tinh province. All the new patients have been admitted to the hospital for isolation and treatment. So far Vietnam has reported 123 coronavirus cases, of which 17 have tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital.
