Proposal on social insurance reform

The proposal suggested increasing the retirement age of women workers to 60 and men to 62, but the retirement age will be gradually raised by 3 months each year. The Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs shall propose social insurance policies that are "in accordance with international practices and equality, if the social insurance premiums are withdrawn prematurely, beneficiaries will only be entitled to receive the sum they have paid". The committee also proposed strengthening oversight of enforcement of the Law on Social Insurance, especially the promulgation of legal documents guiding the implementation of the Labour Law.
