Prevent post flood pollution

Ha Tinh is among the hardest hit area with over 20 thousand households, 24 health centres and 13 thousand wells which have been submerged in the recent flooding.

To combat the risk of diseases, the province’s preventive health center has sent mobile epidemic prevention teams to treat water, spray chemicals in areas at risk of dengue fever and gastrointestinal diseases. The local community is also being urged to take preventive steps to avoid risks of diseases following the flooding.
