In his address, the State leader highlighted the Party and State’s special attention to education and training.
He emphasized the important role of Professors and Associate Professors in advising the Party and State in issues concerning sustainable development and national construction and defense.
“I hope that Professors, Associate Professors would bring into play their devotion, strength, intellectualism, honor, and responsibility to further contribute to national educational, scientific and technological development," he said.
