Amid such urgency, governmental agencies have taken actions to help people stabilise their livelihoods. On Sunday, a delegation from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment was dispatched to Binh Dinh Province - one of the most hard-hit localities - to monitor the process of dealing with post-flooding damages in the locality. Officers of the ministry came to An Nhơn District to visit a number of families whose homes were damaged. The delegation is expected to issue a report to the Prime Minister and propose solutions to assist Binh Dinh Province in coping with the aftermath of the consecutive floods.
