The prime minister hoped that in her new position, Kwakwa would contribute more to support Vietnam in its social economic development, especially in the context of new free trade deals, including the Trans Pacific Partnership agreement and the EU Vietnam Free Trade Agreement.
He expected more co-operation with the World Bank in climate change adaptation and ODA priority in Vietnam’s global integration. Kwakwa said that in her new position, she would continue to work with other partners to find financial resources for Vietnam to realise its development goals, ensure sustainable budget debt payment and cope with climate change.
