General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee To Lam and his spouse will pay an official visit to Bulgaria from October 22 - 24.
The visit will be made at the invitation of Bulgarian President Rumen Radev, according to an announcement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
