Party General Secretary Trong praised the results of cooperation between the two governments in the past years and suggests the two country's prime minister to instruct ministries, localities and enterprises to effectively implement the Laos Vietnam Joint Statement, and the agreement between the leaders of both countries. The party chief also suggests the two governments tostrengthen economic links in business, transport infrastructure, energy and education.
