Party building in connection with studying President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle continues to be a neccessary task of cadres and Party members.
Party building and studying President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle should be done at both the central to grass-roots level in line with the characteristics, functions, and tasks of each agency and the capability of cadres and Party members.
Party organizations and agencies must do their part in Party building and studying President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle. Leaders at every level and every Party member must accept their responsibility for improving that campaign.
Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong said: “We’re determined to implement the resolution of the 4th session of the 11th Party Central Committee on Party building in connection with studying President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle.
Party building should gain visible results in preventing the degradation of political ideology, morality, and lifestyle and signs of “self-evolution” and “self-transformation”. Focus should be placed on improving the quality of the leadership, Party organizations, and Party members, maintain discipline, and ensure that actions match the words.”
Party organizations, particularly Party Committees and their leaders have a decisive role in studying President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle.
Reinforcing Party leadership is an important task of Party building and studying President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle. Other tasks include upholding Party principles, promoting democracy, carrying out self-criticism and criticism, and promoting the exemplary role of the heads of organizations and Party agencies.
Associate Professor Doctor Nguyen Thi Phuong Hoa of the Party Central Committee’s Communications and Education Commission said: “The leaders and Party members should honor their vanguard role in studying President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle and make the campaign a spiritual foundation of society.”
Party members must increase their discipline in studying President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality, and lifestyle to avoid formalism. Mai Van Ninh, Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Communications and Education Commission, said: “Role models in studying President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example have exhibited volunteerism and self-discipline. Party Committees organizations and members and the whole society should regularly study and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s example.”
