VTV.vn - There are many young people who after the end of their studies decide to return to Vietnam and establish businesses.

People assume that overseas students will find it hard to adapt to the domestic working environment after living a long time in a foreign country, but there are still young people who after the end of their studies decide to return to Vietnam and establish businesses. The way of entrepreneurship is not a bed of roses. It requires determination, a passion for creative ideas, as well as a never-give-up mentality.

LeThai Son was born among the 9x generation. Three years ago, he graduated with distinction in hotel management in Switzerland. Instead of working abroad, Son established his own business with the belief that an intelligent foreign business model could be successfully applied in Vietnam. Now he is already CEO of a food chain with more than a dozen stores in many provinces.

Alumni like Son who have established their own start-up businesses are not a rare-sight anymore. Trinh Vuong Anh graduated in business management in the UK. He had given up many tempting job offers in order to attend the 22 CEO program in Vietnam. This is a recruiting program for talented young personnel and gives them the chance to become a leader at the educational and technological compound, TOPICA.

Pham Minh Tuan is the only Vietnamese representative in the list of 200 Young Global Leaders of 2012. He has been honored for his contribution in applying technological applications to enhance the quality of education. After many failed attempts, he has finally succeeded with his online training model, changing the perspective that “online study is worthless”.

Starting-up a whole new business is challenging and difficult, however, there are many opportunities for talented people and for those who have the heart to contribute and make a change in their homeland.
