The conference took place on Thursday in Hanoi. At the event, Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister Phạm Bình Minh reiterated that overseas party committees need to propose measures to improve the Communist Party of Vietnam activities abroad. 10,000 party members in foreign countries need to enhance unity, maintain patriotism and national culture. In recent time, overseas party committees have achieved important successes to improve Vietnam’s image on world stage.
