According to Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Le Duc Vinh, the festival will feature a wide range of events, from colourful street carnivals, fairs, workshops, exhibitions to dynamic sport contests, concerts and cuisine events in a bid to highlight the unique culture of the coastal locality.
The Nha Trang Sea Festival 2016
Nha Trang Sea Festival has been held biennially since its debut in 2003. It promotes the advantages Nha Trang Bay, Khanh Hoa Province, and features 50 cultural, sports, tourism and trade promotion activities.
Some of these activities include flashmobs on the beach, the I love Nha Trang game, the Flying with Nha Trang contest, and selfie with the sea and islands of Nha Trang in addition to folk games such as waling on stilts, fetching water, and cooking. These activities are attractive to youngsters and innovative compared to previous festivals.
