Ngọc Linh Ginseng has been granted geographical indication. In the long-run, the geographical indication can help ensure ginseng’s value, origin and brand name when exported to other markets. In addition, Ngoc Linh ginseng can become a distinctive product in both domestic and foreign markets. There are currently thousands of hectares of Ngoc Linh ginseng in the two provinces of Kon Tum and Quang Nam.
