Speaking at the event, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Phạm Bình Minh highly appreciated the contributions of localities in their efforts to develop relationships with international partners and expand the export market, contributing to the political, economic and social development of the localities, as well as the country. The Deputy Prime Minister called for practical measures to ensure a consensus approach in foreign affairs from central to local levels.
