Themed “Respect the law to build a safe traffic culture”, the festival aims to disseminate information on traffic laws and raise people’s awareness of law observance to promote traffic order and safety.
Held biennially from 1997, the event has attracted much attention and participation from ministries, sectors, news agencies, organisations, and individuals across the country.
Vietnamese people, organisations and agencies are invited to submit their entries in form of reportages and clips/short films about traffic safety to the organising board.
One first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, and five consolation prizes will be awarded to best entries in each category.
This is the fourth year that Toyota Vietnam has joined the National Traffic Safety Committee in organising the film festival.
