Some participants suggested a ban on publishing articles that violate people's personal lives. The session also discussed different regulations for private and public press agencies. As for the draft law on access to information, deputies have been urged to improve the transparency of information concerning state organisations, so that all citizens can easily access it.
Prior to that, at the morning session, the National Assembly saw the majority of deputies approve the state budget plan for 2016. Accordingly, the state budget revenue will amount to 26.6 billion USD, while expenditures will account for 38 billion USD.
