During the 24th session, the Standing Committee is expected to work on amendments to laws on the people's public security force, planning; reports on implementing 2017's socio-economic and national budget plans; results of socio-economic development in early 2018; and finalizing 2016's national budget balance sheet.
The Standing Committee will also discuss issues related to positions in state leadership. In addition, the National Assembly will also review the management of social insurance in 2017 and discuss social insurance plans from now until 2021.
