At the meeting, many agreed to the report that till now, the rate of poor households and near-poor households is still high, even accounting for 80% in some areas, leading to the insustainability of the pover reduction.
Delegates asked to continue clarify the reason leading to the poverty in the moutainous areas and why they still can not escape from the poverty. This will be base to work out solutions for poverty escape in rural areas.
