Many delegates said the report should focus more on awareness raising campaigns as only seven million people have been equipped with knowledge of fire prevention. Some other opinions also emphasized the need for upgrading infrastructure and equipment, as some equipment is over fifty years old, and is not usable. Many localities have not invested in building water tanks to respond quickly to fires.
Local fire prevention forces also need to improve their skills and receive new tools, considering their ineffectiveness in recent fire cases.
