Speaking at the conference in Hanoi on Thursday, he asked the relevant authorities to closely inspect airlines' advertisements and to make sure that there is fair competition. He also ordered the Ministry of Transport to implement policies on aviation safety to comply with the International Civil Aviation Organisation.
