The proposal was made while discussing the Amended Draft Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents. According to the Government's Proposal, the aforementioned change will help ensure consistency in proposing, drafting and revising laws.
The change will also ensure compatibility between laws and existing policies. However, several members of the National Assembly Standing Committee suggested that the proposal must be studied carefully.
The Amended Draft Law on the Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents will be presented to the NA later this year.
