Every month Vietnamese Internet users face about 82 million threats of cyber security attacks. Hackers are increasing large-scale attacks on important national structures.
The most common cyber security attacks in Vietnam are: unauthorized access, targeted attacks, exploits of information security holes, spreading malicious code, spyware, stealing state and business secrets and personal information, and sabotaging control of the system.
Vietnamese agencies and organizations do not have much experience in dealing with such crimes.
