Medical tourism in Malaysia

VTV.vn - Last year, Malaysia welcomed over 1.2 million visitors for medical treatment.

This is a 10-year record with a high average annual growth rate; medical tourism is the fastest growing economic sector in Malaysian tourism. In 2019, the Malaysian health sector aims to grow by 25%, earning about 437 million US dollars.
