The leaders included Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Tran Dai Quang, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc, National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, and President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan, and among others. They then paid tribute to late President Ho Chi Minh at his Mausoleum. Delegations from the Central Military Commission, the Ministries of Public Security, and Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, and the Hanoi People’s Committee also laid wreaths at the Heroic Martyrs’ Monument and President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum.
