Lai Chau landslide kills 6 people

6 people were reported to have died, 5 have gone missing, 2 people were injured and 7 houses were completely swept away.

Roads leading to Mù Sang and Vàng Ma Chải communes have been blocked due to the landslide. Local authorities are doing their best to reach and rescue victims.

Meanwhile, heavy rains have continued in Lai Chau province, causing difficulties for rescue efforts.
