Japan seeks more Vietnamese nurses, carers

VTV.vn - Japan will take in more Vietnamese nurses and carers in 2017, according to the Department of Overseas Labour, Ministry of Labour, Invalids, and Social Affairs.

Candidates who meet the criteria will be provided with free Japanese language training, accommodation and meals for 12 months. At the end of the course, applicants who pass the N3 Japanese Language Proficiency Certificate will be referred to Japanese hospitals and health care facilities for a period of three years at a salary of 130-150,000 yen per month. MOLISA advised applicants to apply directly at the Department of Overseas Labour. Nearly 1,000 nurses and carers have been trained, and 673 people have left to work in Japan from 2012 to date.
