The Border Defense Command of Phu Yen Province has ordered further investigation. The fishing boat numbered PY 95003 TS captained by Nguyen Van Ty has five local labourers on board who are currently working at the coordinates 7o15' N 109o59'E. We'll bring you more updates in other news bulletins.
