National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung said that the visit was significant as it marked to the 65th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The Hungarian National Assembly Speaker said that economic co-operation has reached new heights, especially after Hungarian President Áder János’s visit to Vietnam last year. Laszlo said the visit would promote the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Hungary, marking a new point in co-operation.
The two sides looked forward to more co-operation through multilateral international organisations and they also suggested the two sides continue high-level visits and exchange experiences to strengthen dialogue on international issues and areas of mutual interest.
