Hue releases plan to cut greenhouse gas

This was announced in a conference on Friday morning. The plan aims to realize the national action plan of "Reducing greenhouse gases by curbing deforestation and forest degradation". By 2020, the province is expected to ensure the province's forest coverage of 57-58%; restructure forestry and biodiversity conservation while improving livelihood and social security. Total capital required for the plan is over 65 million USD.
