Electricity of Vietnam (EVN) has carried out the first phase of a project worth roughly 400 000 USD project toprovide electricity to the locality.
With an investment of around 10 billion VND, the second phase of the project is expected to use solar power with an investment of almost 500 000 USD.
Once completed at the end of 2017, residents in Ly Son island will have access to electricity 24 hours a day.
