The program includes a number of events, including a ceremony announcing the recognition of the Quya Hieng festival of the Dao ethnic people in Hoang Su Phi as a national intangible cultural heritage; a worshipping ritual for the forest genie; a new rice worshipping ritual; and the Gau Tao festival of the Mong people in the district’s Peo hamlet.
Visitors have the chance to visit rice fields in the area and take part in traditional cultural and sports activities, such as horse dances, love duet singing, swinging, and goat fighting
The event will run until Sep 26th.
