Meanwhile, the Vietnamese dong – US dollar exchange rate increased by 50 to 95 VND per USD (or 0.22 to 0.40 cents). At Vietcombank, US dollar buying and selling prices rose to 22,330 VND per USD and 22,260 VND per USD, equivalent to increases of 0.40 cents compared to yesterday (Feb 1th), respectively.
Along with exchange rate, gold price also increased. In Hanoi, the DOJI group announced a gold price of between 1,476USD to 1,479USD per ounce, 1.80 USD per ounce higher than yesterday.
