Forex and gold price increase

Meanwhile, the Vietnamese dong – US dollar exchange rate increased by 50 to 95 VND per USD (or 0.22 to 0.40 cents). At Vietcombank, US dollar buying and selling prices rose to 22,330 VND per USD and 22,260 VND per USD, equivalent to increases of 0.40 cents compared to yesterday (Feb 1^th), respectively.

Along with exchange rate, gold price also increased. In Hanoi, the DOJI group announced a gold price of between 1,476USD to 1,479USD per ounce, 1.80 USD per ounce higher than yesterday. In Ho Chi Minh City, the SJC Group announced gold prices of 469 USD to 1,481USD per ounce, 2.25 USD per ounce up on yesterday./.
