In Quang Tri Province, the first anchovy catch sold at 20,000VND per kilo, much higher than in previous years. Fisherman are claiming higher catches than normal, driving crews to intensify their trawling. Seafood and fish remain at high demand and this is likely to prove a lucrative time of the year for fishermen.
