Export opportunities in nordic region

Despite having a total population of only 25 million people, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Iceland are considered to have the best-performing economies in Europe and some of the highest living standards in the world. Many Vietnamese businesses see great potential in northern Europe and are looking for ways to enter the Nordic market.

Vinapas, a Vietnamese agricultural producer, is looking for ways to enter Europe through the Nordic region and it attended a seminar on doing business in Nordic countries held by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

When the EU - Vietnam Free Trade Agreement comes into effect, many tariffs barriers will be lifted, creating opportunities for business. By preparing well for the Nordic region, Vietnamese businesses will find it easier to enter the wider European market.
