"Our country has security and political stability. But we need to focus more issues related to border and seas and islands, especially the East Sea issue", said Lo Cong Suong, a resident in Son La City, Son La Province.
Vu Van Thanh, a resident in Cau Giay District, Ha Noi said: "Protecting the country’s territorial integrity must be the top duty of the state president".

Nguyen Ngoc Phuong, NA Deputy in Quang Binh Province said: "The state president must complete some tasks including strengthening the country’s defence capability to cope with any situation in the sea, gaining more support from international community and improving the education system".
"As the leader in judicial reform, the state president will enhance the respect for the law among the public", said Nguyen Hien Tu, a president in Cau Giay District, Ha Noi.
NA Deputy Vu Tien Loc in Thai Binh Province said: "Judicial reform will have to go long administrative reform. I hope it will create more favourable conditions for doing business".
