The annual festival is being organized in both Hanoi and HCMC by the delegation of the European Union to Vietnam and the embassies of EU member countries in Vietnam. This will be a music party featuring diversified genres like classic, jazz. blues, rock and indie pop.
In Hanoi, the show will be kicked off by a performance of Hungary’s typical violinist Katica Illényi and the National Symphony Orchestra of Vietnam while the German and Italian Jazz Trio of Angelika Niescier, Simone Zanchini and Stefano Senni will heat up the HCMC stage via their live electronic sounds and experimental music.
Concerts will take place at Tuoi Tre (Youth) Theater and the Concert Hall of the National Academy of Music in Hanoi and at the HCMC Conservatory of Music.
Free tickets are delivered at Goethe Institut at 18 Road No. 1, Cu Xa Do Thanh in HCMC’s District 3 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (Tel: 08 38 326 716 ext. 14) and at Idecaf at 31 Thai Van Lung Street in HCMC’s District 1 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Tel.: 08 3829 5451).
