Vietnam Safe Farm Product Co-operative Alliance is responsible for running the supermarket chain which will stock safe farm products provided by over 100 agricultural co-operatives meeting safe farm or VietGap standards.
Customers can check the origin of products, expiry dates, transport process information through the bar codes on the packaging. In the next 2 years, there will be about 100 UCAmart supermarkets to be opened in Hanoi and HCM City as collection and distribution centres for agricultural products. The opening of the supermarket chain not only helps provide people with safe agricultural products, but also build a trademark for this kind of food.
