Unlike previous years, this year’s publication was in the form of dialogue, with the participation of various ministries and agencies. The presence of domestic governmental bodies underlined how seriously the proposals from the foreign business community have been taken. The event was also intended to help Vietnam effectively implement its commitments outlined in the EU-Vietnam free trade agreement.
