At the meeting, he appreciated the Vietnam-EU relationship, especially after the two sides reached agreement in principle on a free trade agreement.
According to PM Nguyen Tan Dung, the visit to the EU next week by the Vietnam delegation will discuss further on measures to promote bilateral ties in the future. Ambassador Bruno Angelet said that Vietnam remained a key partner country for the EU in the ASEAN region and hoped to deepen the relationship with Vietnam in a variety of fields.
