Running for 100 days, the plan aims to resolve key bottlenecks in the sector's digital transformation. Beyond data creation, the core objective is to connect, share, and effectively apply this information in practice.
Digital data in the education sector is being generated on an increasingly large scale. To date, more than 14 million digital diplomas and certificates have been issued, while 17.7 million of the 19 million student records for the 2025-2026 academic year have been updated, reaching 93 percent of the target.
Meanwhile, the National Digital Platform for Education Management has been put into use, with 6,900 schools and 1,560 communes and wards registered.
